企業概要
TAT Technologies Ltd. operates within the industrials sector, specifically focusing on the aerospace and defense industry by providing specialized solutions and services to both commercial and military clients across the United States, Israel, and international markets. The company delivers value through four distinct operational segments, with a primary focus on original equipment manufacturing for heat transfer components and related aerospace applications. This enterprise maintains a significant scale, evidenced by a market capitalization of $537.11M and an annual revenue of $178.02M over the trailing twelve months. With an employee base of 659 individuals, the firm demonstrates substantial operational capacity within its niche, positioning it as a mid-sized player capable of influencing supply chains in the specialized defense and commercial aviation sectors.
財務健全性
The company reported a trailing twelve-month revenue of $178.02M and a net income of $16.82M, resulting in an EBITDA of $23.51M that highlights the firm's operational cash generation capabilities before interest and taxes. The difference between the total revenue and net income reveals a cost structure where operating expenses, including taxes and interest, consume approximately 6.2% of the top line to arrive at the final profit. However, the free cash flow stands at -$3,171,375, indicating that capital expenditures or working capital requirements currently exceed the cash generated from operations, which temporarily limits immediate financial flexibility for large-scale acquisitions. Despite this cash outflow, the balance sheet remains robust with cash reserves of $51.26M significantly outweighing total debt obligations of $17.63M. This liquidity position is further supported by a debt-to-equity ratio of 10.00, suggesting a conservative leverage approach where equity capitalizes the business more than debt. Furthermore, the current ratio of 4.89 indicates a highly liquid short-term position, providing ample resources to meet immediate liabilities without liquidity stress. Management effectiveness is reflected in a return on equity of 11.7% and a return on assets of 5.9%, metrics that suggest the company generates reasonable returns on the capital invested by shareholders relative to its total asset base.
バリュエーション評価
The valuation metrics indicate a trailing P/E ratio of 30.20 and a forward P/E of 20.28, implying that the market expects earnings growth sufficient to bridge the gap between current profitability and future projections. The price-to-book ratio of 3.05 suggests that the market values the company at a significant premium over its tangible book value, reflecting intangible assets or growth expectations inherent in the aerospace sector. Alternative valuation measures such as the price-to-sales ratio of 3.02 and an EV/EBITDA of 21.41 provide additional context, indicating that the firm trades at a multiple consistent with high-growth industrials rather than mature, low-margin manufacturers. In terms of price volatility, the stock has traded between a 52-week high of $64.50 and a 52-week low of $24.56, establishing a wide trading range that underscores the asset's sensitivity to market conditions. The current price dynamics relative to this range, combined with a beta of 1.11, illustrate that the stock exhibits higher volatility than the broader market, moving more aggressively in response to systemic changes in the financial environment.
Growth & Income
Revenue growth for the trailing twelve months stood at 13.4%, while earnings growth reached 16.7%, demonstrating that profitability is expanding at a faster pace than top-line sales, which often signals improving operational leverage or cost efficiencies. As the company does not distribute dividends, the dividend yield is listed as N/A and the payout ratio is 0.0%, meaning the firm retains all generated earnings to fuel reinvestment in research, development, or capacity expansion rather than distributing cash to shareholders. This strategy aligns with the capital-intensive nature of the original equipment manufacturing segment, where capital allocation towards growth initiatives is prioritized over immediate income distribution. Consequently, the overall profile of TAT Technologies Ltd. is characterized by a focus on capital appreciation and organic expansion, relying on retained earnings to drive future value creation within the competitive aerospace and defense landscape.
