The company offers GastroPlus, which predicts absorption, biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in humans and animals; and DDDPlus and MembranePlus simulation products. It also provides products based on mechanistic and mathematical models, such as DILIsym, NAFLDsym, ILDsym, IPFsym, RENAsym, MITOsym, OBESITYsym, and Thales products.
