Planet Green Holdings Corp., through its subsidiaries, engages in the production and distribution of cyan brick, black, and green tea products in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Canada. It manufactures and distributes methanol fuel additives, alcohol-based fuel, and diesel fuel. The company also provides digital advertising delivery and operational services, as well as offers industrial formaldehyde solutions, urea-formaldehyde pre-condensate, methylal, urea-formaldehyde glue for environment-friendly artificial board chemicals. In addition, it provides explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling devices and SF double-layer buried oil storage tank products; and distributes lactoferrin, a glycoprotein used in health products. The company was formerly known as American Lorain Corporation and changed its name to Planet Green Holdings Corp. in September 2018. Planet Green Holdings Corp. was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Flushing, New York.
