Kymera Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, focuses on discovering and developing small molecule therapeutics that selectively degrade disease-causing proteins by harnessing the body's own natural protein degradation system. It engages in developing KT-621, an oral STAT6 degrader in Phase 2b clinical trials for moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, asthma, COPD, EoE, CRSwNP, CSU, PN, BP, and others; KT-579, an oral IRF5 degrader in Phase 1 trials for autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, SSc, DM, and others; KT-485/SAR447971, IRAK4 program, which is in Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of immunology-inflammation diseases, including hidradenitis suppurativa and atopic dermatitis; and cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) with broad oncology treatment potential, including in breast cancer and other solid tumors.
