公司概述
Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. is a radiopharmaceutical development company dedicated to the discovery and commercialization of precision targeted alpha therapies (TAT) designed to treat cancer within the United States market. The firm operates within the Healthcare sector, specifically functioning in the Medical Devices industry, which implies a focus on high-tech medical interventions and specialized therapeutic delivery systems rather than standard pharmaceutical manufacturing. The company currently maintains a market capitalization of $511.56M and employs a workforce of 163 individuals, while reporting trailing twelve-month revenue of $884,000. These financial dimensions indicate that Perspective Therapeutics is a mid-cap entity operating with very limited commercial revenue relative to its valuation, suggesting the company is likely in an early-stage commercialization phase where asset value is derived primarily from its pipeline rather than current sales performance. The disparity between the substantial market cap and the minimal revenue of $884,000 highlights that the majority of the company's valuation is priced based on future potential and intellectual property rather than existing cash flows.
财务健康
Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. reported a trailing twelve-month revenue of $884,000 against a net income of $-103,635,000 and an EBITDA of $-110,320,000. The significant gap between the negligible revenue of $884,000 and the substantial net loss of $103,635,000 reveals a cost structure heavily dominated by research and development expenses, clinical trial costs, and operational overhead that far exceed current sales generation. The company generated a free cash flow of $-60,373,500, which indicates a high consumption of cash reserves required to sustain its development activities without external capital injections. Holding cash of $144.74M against total debt of $3.25M provides a robust liquidity buffer, allowing the company to continue operations despite significant cash outflows. The balance sheet is not leveraged in a traditional sense, as evidenced by a debt-to-equity ratio of 1.57 and a current ratio of 5.17, where the latter suggests strong short-term liquidity with current assets significantly exceeding current liabilities. The company's return on equity stands at -41.6% and return on assets at -23.3%, metrics that reflect the dilutive nature of losses on the equity base and the inefficient generation of profit relative to asset base during this pre-revenue or low-revenue stage.
估值评估
Valuation multiples for Perspective Therapeutics present unique characteristics due to its lack of profitability, with a trailing P/E ratio listed as N/A and a forward P/E of -3.83. The negative forward P/E implies that the market anticipates continued negative earnings in the near term, rendering traditional earnings-based valuation metrics inapplicable for standard comparison with profitable peers. The price-to-book ratio is 1.61, indicating that the market values the company at 61% above its book value, which may reflect the intrinsic value of its drug candidate VMT-a-NET and clinical trial data rather than current financial performance. Alternative valuation metrics such as a price-to-sales ratio of 578.69 and an EV/EBITDA of -3.35 further emphasize that the company is priced on revenue and asset potential rather than earnings power. The stock has traded between a 52-week high of $6.16 and a 52-week low of $1.60, meaning the current price sits within a range where the upper bound represents a 285% premium over the lower bound. The beta of 1.87 indicates that the stock's price volatility is significantly higher than the broader market, moving approximately 87% more than the market index during periods of fluctuation.
Growth & Income
Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. reports a revenue growth year-over-year of N/A and an earnings growth year-over-year of N/A, reflecting the company's status as a pre-revenue or early commercialization entity without a comparable prior year base for percentage calculation. Since the company does not currently pay dividends, the dividend yield is N/A and the payout ratio is 0.0%, indicating that the firm retains all available resources to fund its clinical trials and operational expansion rather than distributing income to shareholders. The absence of a dividend payout ratio necessitates that the company reinvest all earnings and cash flows into the development of its initial drug candidate VMT-a-NET and related medical device technologies. Consequently, the overall growth and income profile is characterized by zero current income distribution and reliance on capital markets or internal cash reserves to fuel future revenue expansion, with no historical growth rates available for quantitative analysis.

Perspective Therapeutics, Inc., a radiopharmaceutical development company, develops and commercializes precision targeted alpha therapies (TAT) to treat cancer in the United States. It discovers and develops its initial drug candidate VMT-a-NET that is in Phase 1/2a clinical trials for patients with unresectable or metastatic somatostatin receptor type 2 (SSTR2)-expressing neuroendocrine tumors that have not previously received peptide-targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy, such as Lutathera, a beta emitting therapy; VMT01, which is in Phase 1/2a clinical trials for second-line or later treatment of patients with progressive melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) positive metastatic melanoma; and PSV359, a targeted alpha therapy targeting fibroblast activation protein alpha. The company also develops Pluvicto, a betaemitting radioligand therapy to treat progressive prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. It has a clinical trial collaboration agreement with Bristol Myers Squibb to evaluate the safety and tolerability of [212Pb] VMT01 in combination with nivolumab in patients with histologically confirmed melanoma and positive MC1R imaging scans. The company was formerly known as Isoray, Inc. and changed its name to Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. in February 2022.
