企業概要

Accendra Health, Inc. operates globally as a comprehensive healthcare solutions provider, utilizing a diversified portfolio to serve the medical distribution and patient care sectors. The enterprise functions within the healthcare sector, specifically the medical distribution industry, which implies a critical role in supplying essential products and services to healthcare institutions and facilities worldwide. This organization employs a substantial workforce of 23,200 individuals, reflecting its significant operational footprint and complex supply chain requirements. With a market capitalization of $216.57M and trailing twelve-month revenue of $10.77B, the company's valuation metrics indicate a large-scale revenue generator that operates with a market cap significantly lower than its annual sales, suggesting a potential disconnect between current market pricing and historical sales performance.

財務健全性

Accendra Health, Inc. reported total revenue of $10.77B for the trailing twelve months, yet generated a net income of -$437,049,984, revealing a substantial gap between top-line sales and bottom-line profitability that points to high cost structures or significant non-operational expenses. Despite the negative net income, the company maintains an EBITDA of $506.59M, indicating that core operational cash generation remains positive before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. The firm's free cash flow stands at $309.35M, which provides a degree of financial flexibility by generating cash even when reported earnings are negative. Margin analysis shows a gross margin of 20.8%, an operating margin of 8.1%, and a profit margin of -12.4%, illustrating that while product sales retain value efficiently, the final profit calculation is heavily impacted by other costs. On the balance sheet, total cash of $32.84M is contrasted against total debt of $2.24B, while the debt-to-equity ratio is listed as N/A, suggesting a highly leveraged capital structure relative to equity. The current ratio of 0.86 indicates that current assets do not fully cover current liabilities, signaling potential short-term liquidity pressures. Return on equity is -196.4% and return on assets is 3.8%, metrics that reveal management's current challenge in generating equity returns while maintaining modest asset efficiency.

バリュエーション評価

The trailing twelve-month P/E ratio is N/A due to the negative earnings, whereas the forward P/E is 2.88, implying that the market expects a significant turnaround in profitability or a re-rating of earnings expectations in the coming period. The price-to-book ratio stands at -0.50, a negative figure indicating that the market values the company below its book value, which often occurs when intangible assets or goodwill significantly outweigh tangible assets on the balance sheet. Alternative valuation metrics include a price-to-sales ratio of 0.02 and an EV/EBITDA of 4.79, suggesting that the market is pricing the stock based on a very small fraction of its sales volume relative to its enterprise value. The 52-week high is $15.54 and the 52-week low is $1.84, establishing a wide trading range where the current implied price sits in the lower portion of this historical spectrum given the negative P/E context. The stock exhibits a beta of 1.36, meaning its price volatility is 36% higher than the broader market, reflecting increased sensitivity to market fluctuations and sector-specific risks.

Growth & Income

Revenue growth year-over-year is recorded at 1.5%, while earnings growth is N/A due to the reported net loss, indicating that top-line expansion is currently occurring without corresponding bottom-line improvement. As a non-dividend payer, the company reports a dividend yield of N/A and a payout ratio of 0.0%, confirming that all available earnings are theoretically available for reinvestment or debt reduction rather than distribution to shareholders. The absence of a dividend yield and the zero payout ratio highlight a strategy focused on capital retention and balance sheet repair rather than income generation for shareholders. Overall, the company presents a profile of modest revenue expansion coupled with significant earnings volatility and a lack of current income distribution, requiring investors to focus on operational turnaround potential rather than dividend stability or consistent earnings growth.
