It also operates and maintains a fleet of two LPG carrier vessels; and a fleet of two MR tankers with an aggregate cargo carrying capacity of 0.1 million deadweight tonnage. The company was formerly known as Tankco Shipping Inc. and changed its name to Toro Corp. in September 2022. Toro Corp. was founded in 2022 and is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Toro Corp. is a subsidiary of Castor Maritime Inc.
