It operates through three segments: Foodservice, Convenience, and Specialty. The company offers beef, pork, poultry, seafood, frozen food, refrigerated products, and dry groceries to disposables, cleaning and kitchen supplies, and related products, as well as value-added services, such as product selection and procurement, menu development, and operational strategies to independent restaurants, chain restaurants, and other institutional food-away-from-home locations.
