LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of medical devices and implants specifically designed for vascular surgery applications across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions. The company operates within the broader Healthcare sector, focusing on the Medical Instruments & Supplies industry, which signifies its role in providing essential tools and solutions for surgical procedures requiring tissue grafts and implants. As of the latest data, the company commands a market capitalization of $2.57B and generates annual revenue of $249.60M, supported by an operational workforce of 646 employees. These valuation and revenue metrics indicate that LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. holds a significant position within the medical device landscape, possessing substantial scale that allows for broad market distribution and established supply chains in international markets.
财务健康
The company reported a revenue of $249.60M for the trailing twelve months, resulting in a net income of $57.73M and an EBITDA of $73.53M. The gap between the $249.60M revenue and the $57.73M net income reveals a cost structure where approximately 77% of revenue is consumed by operating expenses, taxes, and interest, while the EBITDA figure of $73.53M highlights the strong cash-generating ability before non-cash charges like depreciation. The free cash flow stands at $47.35M, which provides the company with significant financial flexibility to fund research and development, pursue strategic acquisitions, or maintain liquidity without relying heavily on external financing. Analyzing the margin profile, the gross margin is 70.4%, indicating high pricing power and efficiency in production; the operating margin is 21.8%, reflecting effective control over operating costs; and the profit margin is 23.1%, demonstrating the company's ability to convert a substantial portion of revenue into bottom-line earnings. Regarding balance sheet strength, the company holds $359.12M in cash against $185.59M in debt, resulting in a debt-to-equity ratio of 47.16, which suggests a conservative balance sheet with ample cash reserves to cover obligations. The current ratio is an impressive 12.89, indicating exceptional short-term liquidity and the ability to meet current liabilities with current assets well beyond what is typically required. Furthermore, the return on equity is 15.8% and the return on assets is 6.8%, metrics that reveal management's effectiveness in deploying shareholder capital to generate returns and utilizing the company's asset base efficiently to produce earnings.
估值评估
The stock trades with a trailing P/E ratio of 44.73 and a forward P/E of 35.39, where the difference between these two figures implies that the market expects earnings growth that will bring the valuation multiple down over the coming year. The price-to-book ratio is 6.52, indicating that the market values the company at a significant premium over its tangible book value, reflecting the intangible assets and growth potential inherent in the medical device business. Alternative valuation metrics such as the price-to-sales ratio of 10.29 and the EV/EBITDA of 32.56 suggest that investors are pricing in continued expansion and profitability improvements relative to the size of the sales base and earnings power. The 52-week high is $115.33 and the 52-week low is $77.01, providing a range within which the stock has traded, though the specific current trading price relative to this range is not explicitly defined in the provided facts, preventing a precise percentage calculation of deviation from the high or low. The beta value is 0.67, which means the stock exhibits lower price volatility relative to the broader market, making it a less sensitive investment to general market fluctuations compared to the average equity in the S&P 500.
Growth & Income
LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. has demonstrated robust expansion with a revenue growth rate of 15.7% year-over-year and an earnings growth rate of 41.4% year-over-year. The fact that earnings growth significantly outpaces revenue growth implies that the company is benefiting from favorable cost dynamics, pricing increases, or improved operational leverage that amplifies bottom-line results more than top-line sales figures. The company offers a dividend yield of 0.9% and maintains a payout ratio of 31.8%, indicating that the current dividend payments are sustainable given the strong earnings generation and the conservative debt position. With a payout ratio under 50% and strong free cash flow, the company retains a majority of its earnings to reinvest into innovation and market expansion rather than distributing all profits to shareholders. In summary, the overall growth and income profile presents a combination of accelerating earnings per share, consistent dividend payments, and a balance sheet capable of supporting future growth initiatives.
