회사 개요

RBC Bearings Incorporated is a manufacturer and marketer of engineered precision bearings, components, and systems that operate within the United States and international markets. The enterprise functions within the Industrials sector, specifically targeting the Tools & Accessories industry, which underscores its role in supplying critical mechanical parts essential for machinery and equipment across various applications. The company employs a workforce of 5,334 individuals and maintains a market capitalization of $18.36 billion while generating total annual revenue of $1.79 billion. These valuation and revenue figures indicate that the company holds a significant position in its sector, reflecting substantial market confidence and operational scale that supports its status as a major player in the precision bearings market.

재무 건전성

The company reported a trailing twelve-month revenue of $1.79 billion and a net income of $268.60 million, with an EBITDA reaching $537.30 million. The notable gap between the $1.79 billion revenue and the $268.60 million net income reveals a cost structure where operating expenses, including cost of goods sold, administrative costs, and taxes, consume a significant portion of top-line earnings before arriving at the bottom line. Free cash flow stands at $220.35 million, which signifies strong financial flexibility allowing the company to fund capital expenditures, manage working capital, and potentially pursue strategic acquisitions without immediate external financing. Gross margin stands at 44.5%, indicating a high pricing power and efficient production processes, while the operating margin of 22.4% reflects effective control over operating expenses relative to revenue. The profit margin of 15.0% demonstrates the final profitability after all costs, including interest and taxes, have been accounted for. In terms of leverage, the company holds $107.60 million in cash against total debt of $1.06 billion, resulting in a debt-to-equity ratio of 32.37, which suggests a leveraged balance sheet where debt obligations are substantial relative to equity. Despite the debt, the current ratio of 1.86 indicates a conservative short-term liquidity position, as the company possesses $1.86 in current assets for every $1 of current liabilities, ensuring it can meet its short-term obligations comfortably. Return on Equity is calculated at 8.7% and Return on Assets at 5.2%, metrics that reveal the effectiveness of management in generating returns from shareholders' equity and utilizing the asset base to produce earnings.

밸류에이션 평가

The trailing P/E ratio is 68.06, while the forward P/E is 41.63, a significant difference that implies the market expects earnings growth that will substantially lower the valuation multiple over the coming year. The price-to-book ratio stands at 5.63, indicating that the market values the company's equity at a substantial premium of 5.63 times its book value, reflecting high growth expectations or intangible assets not captured on the balance sheet. Alternative valuation metrics such as the price-to-sales ratio of 10.25 and an EV/EBITDA of 35.93 suggest that investors are pricing the stock based on future revenue potential and earnings power rather than current asset book value. The stock has traded within a 52-week range with a high of $589.17 and a low of $301.05, providing a historical context for volatility and trading levels. The beta value of 1.49 indicates that the stock's price volatility is 49% higher than the broader market, meaning it tends to amplify market movements with greater swings in price.

Growth & Income

Revenue growth year-over-year is 17.0%, and earnings growth year-over-year is also 17.0%, indicating that earnings are growing at the exact same pace as revenue, which implies that the company is expanding its top line without yet leveraging pricing power or efficiency gains to accelerate profit margins significantly. The company does not pay a dividend, evidenced by a dividend yield of N/A and a payout ratio of 0.0%, which means the company retains all of its earnings to reinvest into business growth, research, and development rather than distributing income to shareholders. This strategy aligns with a growth-oriented profile where capital is prioritized for expanding market share and technological advancement within the precision bearings sector. Overall, the company presents a growth-focused financial profile characterized by double-digit revenue expansion, zero dividend payout, and a valuation that anticipates continued earnings acceleration.
