회사 개요
FB Financial Corporation operates as a bank holding company that serves as the parent entity for FirstBank, delivering a comprehensive suite of commercial and consumer banking services to its client base. The company is categorized within the broader Financial Services sector and specifically functions within the Banks - Regional industry, which implies a focus on localized lending, deposit gathering, and community-based financial solutions rather than large-scale national or global operations. As of the latest data, the corporation holds a market capitalization of $2.93B and employs 1594 individuals across its operations, while generating total revenue of $516.73M over the trailing twelve-month period. These valuation and operational metrics indicate that FB Financial Corporation occupies a mid-tier position within the regional banking landscape, suggesting a scale that is substantial enough to provide diversified revenue streams yet retains the agility typical of institutions serving specific geographic markets.
재무 건전성
The company reported a trailing twelve-month revenue of $516.73M and a corresponding net income of $122.62M, whereas EBITDA figures are not reported in the available data for this entity. The significant gap between the reported revenue of $516.73M and the net income of $122.62M reveals a cost structure where operating expenses and interest-bearing liabilities absorb a substantial portion of top-line earnings, resulting in a profit margin of 23.7% rather than the gross profit typically seen in non-financial sectors. While free cash flow data is not available for this specific reporting period, the company maintains a robust cash balance of $1.18B on its balance sheet, which provides significant financial flexibility for meeting depositor obligations and funding loan growth without immediate reliance on external capital markets. The company's margins show a gross margin of 0.0%, which is standard for banking institutions where revenue is net of interest expense, an operating margin of 43.1% indicating efficient management of non-interest expenses, and a profit margin of 23.7% reflecting the final profitability after all costs. When comparing liquidity assets to liabilities, the company holds $1.18B in cash against total debt of $296.83M, though the debt-to-equity ratio is not disclosed in the current filings. Despite the lack of a specific current ratio figure, the disparity between available cash and debt levels suggests a conservative balance sheet posture where liquid assets far exceed total debt obligations. Furthermore, the return on equity stands at 7.0% and the return on assets is 0.8%, metrics that reveal management's effectiveness in generating shareholder value relative to equity invested and asset deployment, respectively, within the capital-intensive banking industry.
밸류에이션 평가
The stock trades at a trailing P/E ratio of 23.04 and a forward P/E of 10.79, a substantial difference that implies the market expects a significant acceleration in earnings growth or a re-rating of multiple expansion in the coming fiscal periods. The price-to-book ratio is valued at 1.50, indicating that the market prices the company at 50% above its book value, which may reflect confidence in the quality of its loan portfolio and the stability of its franchise value relative to tangible assets. Alternative valuation metrics such as the price-to-sales ratio of 5.66 are noted, while the EV/EBITDA multiple is not available due to the absence of reported EBITDA data for this financial institution. Regarding price history, the 52-week high was recorded at $62.37 and the 52-week low at $39.15, placing the current trading environment within a range that requires specific price verification to determine the exact percentage deviation from these bounds. The beta coefficient is 0.98, a figure that suggests the stock's price volatility closely mirrors the broader market movements, behaving with a sensitivity that is nearly identical to the overall market index rather than exhibiting significant defensive or aggressive characteristics.
Growth & Income
FB Financial Corporation demonstrated a revenue growth rate of 43.9% year-over-year and an earnings growth rate of 32.4% for the same period, indicating that earnings are growing at a slightly slower pace than revenue which often implies expanding margins or efficiency gains as the company scales its operations. For companies that distribute dividends, the entity offers a yield of 1.5% with a payout ratio of 31.0%, a level of distribution that is highly sustainable given the company's strong earnings growth and conservative debt profile which allows for consistent shareholder returns without jeopardizing capital adequacy. This growth and income profile combines double-digit expansion in both revenue and profitability with a modest but reliable dividend yield, positioning the stock as a candidate for investors seeking a balance between capital appreciation potential and income generation in the regional banking sector.
